DEL Nationality Breakdown

The German DEL (Deutsche Eishockey Liga) relies less on domestic player production compared to many other European ice hockey leagues. German players account for only about half of the teams' rosters, with over a third of the players coming from Canada and the United States, and the remaining players mostly from other European countries.
